Description:

When running pacman-key --populate, for each revoked key (46 in total), the following output is printed:

Getting this output > 45 times leads to excessive spamming of the terminal.

- pacman 6.0.0-5

Steps to reproduce:

- Install mkosi (`pacman -S mkosi`)
- Run `mkosi -d arch`
- mkosi will run pacman-key --populate as part of bootstrapping a new OS image which will result in the excessive gpg output as listed earlier

Guess this issue is neither with pacman package nor with archlinux-keyring.
This should be moved to pacman upstream, no?
