DetailsDescription:
The leap-seconds.list file is contained in the tzdata tar file from the IETF, but the PKGBUILD for the tzdata package doesn't copy it into the system, so it doesn't exist on Arch. Could it be included in the PKGBUILD? It contains the value of the current UTC/TAI offset in an easy to extract place for other programs (the UTC/TAI offset is zero at boot in linux, and I would like to set this value automatically). Here's the file in question: https://www.ietf.org/timezones/data/leap-seconds.list Steps to reproduce: ls -l /usr/share/zoneinfo/leap-seconds.list ls: cannot access '/usr/share/zoneinfo/leap-seconds.list': No such file or directory Thanks!
