Gnuplot v. 4.2 has been out for a while.

Please update the PKGBUILD.

A build that has been tested by me during the last weeks is attached (at least the ps,wx and x11 terminal work ok).

Regarding the request for pdflite support (bug #6656), which seems to delay the update of the pkgbuild: Please follow the KISS principle and just use ps2pdf for this.

Note that it is not recommended to file bugreports requesting simple package updates.
Developers are aware of all out-of-date packages anyway.

I understand; this is why I also attached a PKGBUILD, which is different from the old one (and not only regarding the version number) ;-).
