Description:
in PKGBUILD, `options=('staticlibs')` is specified, but static libraries is not been built at all. To build static libraries, `--enable-static` should be added to `./configure` in `build()`: ``` --enable-builtin-atomics \ --enable-mpi-cxx \ + --enable-static \ --with-valgrind \ --enable-memchecker \ ``` |

Another question would be: Do we have any packages that would actually require the static libs?
I'd rather remove the option in the meantime.
