Last successful mirror check was on 2021-10-28. Is this mirror fixable or should it be removed?

It was still online for CERNET (China Education and Research Network) until recently. Currently it's offline for maintenance and will be back online soon. Unfortunately access to outside of CERNET may not restore.

I am not sure how to handle mirrors like this (only works for some ISP).

Hi.

There appears to be some issue with the mirror status.
I'd like to upgrade it but the error log shows errors from time to time.

I'll go ahead and close this ticket.
And once the errors have stabilized over time (6 months or so) please feel free to open a new ticket requesting a Tier upgrade.
