Description:
Using pipewire as sound server (ALSA, pulse, JACK) was working OK, but with 0.3.33 the USB device has stop working.

Steps to reproduce:
After upgrading just power on the PC and the USB card is not "found" / initialized.
Unplugging and plugging it shows the same error.

https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/pipewire/pipewire/-/issues/1534 mentions a commit that should be considered for backporting to fix hotplug
