Description:

gambas3-gb-qt5-webview requires qt5-webengine, which is marked only as a makedepends at present.

gambas3-gb-gtk3-webview requires webkit2gtk, which is marked only as a makedepends at present.

If an OS does not have these dependencies, the IDE will not run, and any applications that use WebView or HelpView will fail to start with a crash.

Additional Info:
First noticed in initial release of 3.16.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Install gambas3-ide on an Arch system without installing qt5-webengine or webkit2gtk beforehand.
2) Run "gambas3" in a terminal or try to open the Gambas 3 IDE via the system Menu.
