See https://www.mpfr.org/mpfr-4.1.0/#bugs (or https://www.mpfr.org/mpfr-current/#bugs to always get the info on the latest release). MPFR seems to distribute patches instead of minor releases.

I guess that it would make sense for Arch to apply those officially provided patches before building the mpfr package.
