Additional info:

Steps to reproduce:

Install any one of the three above kernels.
Open up cheese or any webcam app. Find that no webcams are registering

Same issue on Thinkpad T14(AMD), no webcam or /dev/video0 device present on latest kernel update.
Downgrading kernel to 5.12.15-arch1-1 works.

I've also downgraded to kernel 5.12.15-arch-1-1. Seeing that it is present in multiple kernels, might this be an upstream issue?

I have a Thinkpad T14(AMD) and my webcam is still working with linux 5.13.4.arch1-1

Another T14s Gen1 AMD with the issue here. There seems to be a patch upstream already, which essentially reverts the behavior: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/patch/drivers/usb/host/xhci-pci-renesas.c?id=44cf53602f5a0db80d53c8fff6cdbcae59650a42

Kernel version 5.13.6 which contains the proposed patch has just been released by the kernel maintainers. I guess we have to wait until the archlinux package is updated.

With 5.13.6 the camera on my T14s (AMD) works again.

Can confirm, my issue with the webcam was resolved after the kernel update.
