Description:
I updated my system today and then my telegram-desktop seemed to be working on the terminal but never shows up the main window. Tried downgrading to the very first v2.8.11 version and it didn't work either. Then I downloaded the latest telegram from the official website (v2.8.10) and it works without a problem.

Additional info:
* package version(s)
any v2.8.11

Steps to reproduce:
Download the latest telegram-desktop from the official stable repository and try to run it.

Reason for closing:  Works for me
Additional comments about closing:  2021-07-22: A task closure has been requested. Reason for request: Wasn't working because of incompatibility of qt5-styleplugins. Replacing this package with qgnomeplatform and changing the /etc/environment line to QT_QPA_PLATFORMTHEME="gnome" solves the problem.

Can't reproduce. Works for me.

So I found out that qt5-styleplugins(AUR) was causing the problem, with the line QT_QPA_PLATFORMTHEME="gtk2" installed on /etc/environment.
I just found out that qgnomeplatform(AUR) works much better and didn't crashed telegram, with the line QT_QPA_PLATFORMTHEME="gnome" installed on /etc/environment. Because of that, i'm requesting closure.
