Description:
The application does not work in the background and does not start at system startup. At the same time, when the application window is open, the behavior is normal.

Package ver.:6.0.3-1

Steps to reproduce:
Just install the package, turn on any effect and close the application window

Somehow it seems to me that this is not a problem with the application itself, but a lack of any configurations to run it under Arch (like a unit for system.d)
This task depends upon

I can't find any systemd service we're missing. Can you try activating the autostart feature and see if the settings become persistent then (after a restart)?

In the settings of the application there is no item to activate autorun. However, it has a startup flag --gapplication-service, which starts it without a window in the background. So I added KDE autorun with this flag, and left the shortcut to normal GUI startup.
However, it seems to me that this option should be the default, the same PulseEffects always started in the background by default after system start.
