libmbedcrypto.so.6 is owned by mbedtls, but telegram-desktop doesn't depend on mbedtls either directly or transitively (as can be verified e.g. using "pactree -s telegram-desktop | grep mbedtls"). Furthermore, telegram-desktop runs fine on my up to date system without having mbedtls installed, so something appears to be wrong on your end instead of with the package.
