Description: Missing dependency for ruby-racc

nokogiri has runtime dependency of racc.

I'm not sure if this issue is valid. While looking at https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/ruby-racc I found the comment in line 33 and 34 of https://aur.archlinux.org/cgit/aur.git/tree/PKGBUILD?h=ruby-racc indicating that the `ruby` package itself is providing racc.

Also if racc really is a runtime dependency for nokogiri then i guess we would have seen errors pointing to this issue right?

I guess that means in the end also that the linked AUR package is obsolete and should be deleted.
