Description:
The Position and Zoom effect doesn't seem to work when rendering a video, though it does work in the preview. In this example I use an image clip, but have also observed the issue with video clips.

Additional info:
* package version(s): kdenlive 21.04.3-1, mlt6 6.26.1-4
* link to upstream bug report, if any: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=437927

Steps to reproduce:
1. Import an image clip
2. Create a Color Clip
3. Add both clips to the timeline so that the image is over the color clip
4. Select the image clip in the timeline and apply a Position and Zoom effect
5. Change the fields of the effect to be noticeably different from the default state
6. Render the project to a file

ok, unfortunately there's no way we can upgrade the user's config automatically from the packaging side
