Description:
pkgfile ships with a systemd timer to periodically (weekly) sync the database.

FR: It would be natural for `pacman -Fy` to follow suit.

I am attaching a patch that does so. The patch is heavily based on pkgfile and paccache timers, and it merely runs `pacman -Fy` to keep the DB up-to-date for `pacman -F <pkg>`.

Previously I sent a patch directly to the current maintainer via `git sent-email` but didn't get a response. Hopefully a FR gets noticed more prominently.
