DetailsNot sure whether it really worth a bug as it's transient, but
"stack" 2.7.1-14 package of community-testing/ depends on v0.9 of "haskell-retry" package, but community-testing/haskell-retry is 0.8, so if you use community-testing/ but not community-staging/ (that does have v0.9), stack cannot start: $ stack clean stack: error while loading shared libraries: libHSretry-0.9.0.0-C8RSgPuYGUc6HGBFeyfx0W-ghc9.0.1.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory |

This was fixed back in https://github.com/archlinux/svntogit-community/commit/7d59e5bce23cb40129327659bfb1a67aa6d7b096
