Currently, the nicotine package depends on pyvorbis, which,
however, has some nasty bugs that make nicotine crash on
scanning some collections. For this reason, it'd be better
not to have pyvorbis as required dependency; nicotine can
use it(and may crash) when it's installed manually (maybe a
message could be included notifying the user of the option
of installing pyvorbis).

Maybe it's smarter to fix pyvorbis instead if that's the one
giving problems. Some other packages need it, so some users using
nicotine and one of those other apps have no other choice.

I don't use this package, I was just the last one to update it. If
anyone else wants to take a crack at fixing this then go for it.
