uvicorn depends on python-asgiref, which is available in the extra repo but not specified as a dependency.


Version: 0.14.0-1

Steps to reproduce:
1. install uvicorn
2. uvicorn --help
3. observe ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'asgiref'
