In user profile settings (bbs.archlinux.org) Moscow time is still UTC+4. It's UTC+3 since 2014. Proof - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moscow_Time. Steps to reproduce: Go to user profile. Take a look at 'Time zone' in 'Set your localisation options' section. |
