I recently updated to pacman 3, I have it localized to Spanish.
Everytime I try to upgrade it asks me if it should proceed as usual. At the end of this line the options are [S/n] (translation of [Y/n]).
If I write "s", it just exits and does nothing more,if I type "y", it procceds to install everything.

It should be easy to change either the localization or the pacman itself.

Can you try to rebuild pacman on your own using the PKGBUILD from abs, and see if it is still broken?

Yes, it still happens

I have in my rc.conf: LOCALE="es_ES"

If I'm right the pacman-es.po.patch file should change the [S/n] to [Y/n] but pacman still display [S/n]

Fixed for real in pacman 3.0.4-3. The translation files are not normally regenerated when the package is built, so I had to trick it and make it do it.
