Community/shutter 0.97-2 has got 2 optional dependencies against the AUR.

both dependencies were removed in shutter 0.97-3

gnome-web-photo: it's an old software, not anymore developed
perl-webservice-gyazo-b: requires so many additional dependencies for a not so common image hosting service
