Details

babel-cli PKGBUILD has unneccessary 'openbabel' in conflicts.

The packages are almost totally unrelated. They've shared /usr/bin/babel before, but it has changed when openbabel renamed babel executable to obabel in version 3.0 (2019), see https://open-babel.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ReleaseNotes/ob300.html.

Now the packages do not share any file:

$ comm -12 \
<( pkgfile -ql babel-cli | sort ) \
<( pkgfile -ql openbabel | sort )

/usr/
/usr/bin/
/usr/lib/
/usr/share/

Also see https://github.com/archlinux/svntogit-packages/commit/5aad9fa65097b8c243a6f9de7db70f2177a28b8c#diff-6d5a2f54a29f1011e6583bb8e3e910269ceb9847dbd8574843f8134517e5074d , nothing much to see, except the exact pkgver, that it would be OK to do:

-conflicts=('nodejs-babel-cli' 'openbabel')
+conflicts=('nodejs-babel-cli' 'openbabel<3.0.0')

The lowest severity is not entirely correct, because it's a kind of blocker.
