Description:

jre 16 breaks this package:

java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError: mediathek/Main (class file version 59.65535) was compiled with preview features that are unsupported. This version of the Java Runtime only recognizes preview features for class file version 60.65535

downgrading to jre 15.03 fixes this

@hwm: Thanks for the report.

There is apparently not much that can be done about this currently, as upstream has not yet released a new version that is compatible with java-runtime>=16 [1].

Maybe upstream can be nudged to create a new release soon.

I wonder if a java-15 package would be needed, curently this package is broken with current arch linux, isn't it?
