Summary and Info:
The new progress bar for parallel downloads of pacman works perfect on ttf, before X11 is started. However, when run in an xterm emulator (qterminal), it seems that the bars are not being updated, but instead newer bars are created in lines down the previous one. The output is confusing, repetitive and definitely not as informative as it should be

Steps to Reproduce:
* Execute pacman -Syu on an xterm emulator
* Check the progress bars
* compare behaviour with paman -Syu on ttf

The way the bars work is finished bars are moved to the top. If you're downloading
a lot of small packages it may look like they just jump to the top and a new bar appears
maybe that's your issue.
