Description:

I have noticed that libatomic is compiled but not installed. I can fix that by adding "install-target-libatomic" to the install targets.

* 10.2.0

Steps to reproduce:

Cross compile elfutils with:

./configure --host=riscv64-linux-gnu --disable-debuginfod --enable-libdebuginfod=dummy --prefix=/usr/riscv64-linux-gnu

make -jx
