Description:

gnome-control-center bluetooth toggle does not work properly.

If you turned off bluetooth, you cannot turn on anymore.

But rfkill shows softblock is unblocked.

Fedora has same issues, but tt is fixed by patch.

I have build with the patch, confirm it fix this issues.
