Details

Description: After the latest pipewire's update (and relative dependencies) to 1:0.3.29-1, the internal microphone doesn't appear anymore (in KDE).
Selecting the pro-audio profile the microphone is visible but not working. The external mic (headset) works perfectly.


Additional info:
* package version: 1:0.3.29-1
* ARCH with KDE Plasma
* Notebook: Dell Inspiron 14 (5415) AMD version.

I don't know. With the 1:0.3.29-2 update reappear the internal microphone icons (in pro-audio mode) in kde pannel (i found 2 mic and i dont know why).

This might also be related to alsa-lib, alsa-utils or alsa-ucm-conf.

Which specific hardware are you using? Also, please provide a link to the output of `alsa-info.sh` and check whether an upstream ticket exists (with one of the aforementioned projects on https://github.com/alsa-project) that matches your issue.

UPDATE.

I've upgraded the system.
With KDE Plasma 5.22 and Pipewire 1:0.3.30 the internal microphone works again, but, this time, the update broken the speakers.
Watching the ISSUES page on pipewire gitlab is a common issue.
