Description:
webp-pixbuf-loader is an optional dependency of eog, but it's not marked as such. It allows eog to open WebP images.

Additional info:
* eog 40.1-1
* webp-pixbuf-loader 0.0.3-1

Steps to reproduce:
* Run `pacman -Si eog`
* See that webp-pixbuf-loader is not listed as an optional dependency
