FS#71083 - a 404 page will override package data with multiple mirrors

With pacman 6 + ParallelDownloads = 3 + multiple mirrors configured, when the request to the first mirror results in a 404 error and the next mirror succeeds, the package data is damaged. Such a broken package is attached. Steps to Reproduce:
