Description: Current version of [erlang-nox](https://archlinux.org/packages/community/x86_64/erlang-nox/) is 24.
elixir depends on this package, however current version of [elixir](https://archlinux.org/packages/community/any/elixir/) is 1.11.3 which is now incompatible with erlang-nox. See [compatability matrix](https://hexdocs.pm/elixir/compatibility-and-deprecations.html#compatibility-between-elixir-and-erlang-otp).

This is now causing problems trying to use elixir on arch.

This would be fixed by simply updating elixir, however it was already flagged out of date more than 2 months ago and still hasn't been updated.
If the maintainer is no longer active can we have someone else take over the package?
