I think the description “Plugin that makes screenshots for the Xfce panel” is a little misleading. xfce4-screenshooter looks to be a generic screenshot tool, nothing to do with the "Xfce panel" in particular. The description makes it sound like it's a panel plugin with a tray icon.

Writing something like “Screenshot tool” would be clearer imo.
