Summary and Info:

Pacman mirrorlist is using out of sync repos for France

The first repo on the list for France is "" which is out of sync since March.
We have to remove the line manually in /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist.

Steps to Reproduce:

- Use mirrorlist provided by pacman package.
- Uncomment repositories for France
- Without removing/commenting this repo, no updates are available.

Thank you. This issue stems from an out of sync tier 1 mirror. So far I haven't heard back from the tier 1 admins, but I've just sent them a final reminder and I hope that this issue will be resolved soon.

I had the same issue and also It seems some dependency are not coherent when trying to sync on this repo ( some package such as thunderbird require icu-68 while the core has icu-69 ).

Is it possible to at least not keep this repo as the first one of the french list ?
