Description: file 5.40-3 reports MP3 files incorrectly

This is a confirmed upstream bug, with the following symptom:

expected result:
$ file -i foo.mp3
foo.mp3: audio/mpeg; charset=binary

actual result:
$ file -i foo.mp3
foo.mp3: audio/mpegapplication/octet-stream; charset=binary

Steps to reproduce:
As above, just run 'file -i' on an MP3 file

This problem appears to have been fixed in file 5.40-6, in which case this can be closed.
