Description:

The ctags program in the ctags-1:r20210106+g08b1c490-1 package currently segfaults when run as "ctags -R" in a checkout of the glibc repo. The problem doesn't seem to exist in the latest upstream revision.

Steps to reproduce:

$ git clone http://sourceware.org/git/glibc.git
$ cd glibc
$ ctags -R
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

I just built the latest version from git and this issue definitely seems to have been fixed since r20210106.

Any chance of a version bump..?

Update: this issue seems to be resolved now (as of ctags-1:5.9.20210905.0-1).
