Description:
Vi displays cursor at wrong left position when :set nu. Though I can edit if I manipulate very carefully.
It is occurred with or without X and .exrc. Even for installing Arch Linux.
Upstream vi works in Ubuntu 21.04 without this problem. (https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=1971932#p1971932)

Steps to reproduce:
In installing Arch Linux,
root@archiso ~ # pacstrap /mnt base linux linux-firmware vi
root@archiso ~ # genfstab -U /mnt >> /mnt/etc/fstab
root@archiso ~ # arch-chroot /mnt
[root@arshiso /]# vi
:set nu
