I have installed kde/hal/dbus. If I open (mount by opening
it in system:/media) a cd/dvd drive, it is impossible to
umount/eject even if I do not read any file from cd. If I
press button on drive panel, or click umount from a menu I
get this error:
Unfortunately, the device system:/media/sr0 (/dev/sr0) named 'Filmy' and currently mounted at /mnt/cdrom could not be unmounted. The following error was returned by umount command: umount: /mnt/cdrom: device is busy umount: /mnt/cdrom: device is busy Moreover, programs still using the device have been detected. They are listed below. You have to close them or change their working directory before attempting to unmount the device again. You installed Kat, an indexing program that works similiar to
Beagle or Tracker. When you receive this error, Kat is indexing
your CD or still has some stale files open. This is not a bug in
KDE or hal or whatever you use to eject, it's a configuration
issue on your system.
