Description:

There is a known issue with amdgpu 19.1.0 that makes xpresent unusable. This was patched around 12 months ago but is still awaiting a new upstream release.

I've been testing this for the past seven months on my own system and it does resolve the issue. Therefore, please pick up this patch as we could be waiting a very long time for a new upstream release.

Example `git diff` for the PKGBUILD is attached.

Additional info:
* 19.1.0-2
* Upstream report: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/xorg/driver/xf86-video-amdgpu/-/issues/10

Steps to reproduce:

* Set a compositing WM to use xpresent as a backend (for example, marco, xfwm4, or picom).
* Observe a glitching/broken display/output (screenshots in upstream report).
