why pacman no upgrade or install this package?

libnm_glib_nm_state_cb: dbus returned an error.
(org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceUnknown) The name org.freedesktop.NetworkManager was not provided by any .server file.
Similare to the others but still different. The protocols I use are Jabber and that is it.
