tkremind crashes on startup without inetutils installed.

install remind, tcl, and tk from the official arch repositories, and tcllib from the AUR.

Switch to using the builtin info hostname instead of exec hostname. If an external command is required, uname -n can be used to replace hostname.
This does not address the issue of tkremind requiring tcllib.
