There are 10 additional localisations/language packs available as listed on https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/all/ : af, cak, fa, ka, kab, kk, ms, pa-IN, th, uz. The PKGBUILD can be updated to include these localisations; `git diff` for the missing localisations (only) is attached.
