Icon=/usr/share/audacity/audacity.xpm

the PKGBUILD has a typo.
install -m644 ${startdir}/src/audacity.xpm \
${startdir}/pkg/usr/share/${pkgname}/audacity.xmp

it needs to be audacity.xpm
