Starting from ffmpeg 4.4, I can't use the h264_nvenc encoder on my GTX 660 anymore on Simple Screen Recorder.

Log:

[h264_nvenc @ 0x55bb92679280] Lossless encoding not supported
[h264_nvenc @ 0x55bb92679280] No capable devices found
[BaseEncoder::Init] Error: Can't open codec!
[PageRecord::StartOutput] Error: Something went wrong during initialization.

There's a fix available already in ffmpeg's release/4.4 branch, but I think it will be a while for the release, so can you guys import the patch, please?
