Since upgrading to linux-2.6.21.1-5 my wireless has stopped working. It worked perfectly in previous versions. I get this in dmesg when i connect the device:

zd1211rw 5-1:1.0: AL2230S devices are not yet supported by this driver.

This seems to be related to this patch:

I've downgraded back to 2.6.20 for now.
