Details

Description:
The `zsh` completion introduced in latest commit of package is broken and don't complete the `-` or `--` options. This cause that filenames are not completed which is annoying. Is better don't provide any completion that a broken one.

Additional info:
* package version: 3.7.1-3

Steps to reproduce:
Simply try to complete any `-` or `--` command with `<TAB>` in `zsh`.

A boring workaround - remove /usr/share/zsh/site-functions/_sops and add `NoExtract = usr/share/zsh/site-functions/_sops` to pacman.conf

Looks like this was added in https://github.com/urfave/cli/pull/808 which is in 1.22.0, which is *after* https://github.com/mozilla/sops/blob/2395f07610e45d507ec0d4b3ad48dbf502ed5bed/go.mod#L50

I guess there's probably a way to tell go-lang to use a newer version of that dependency than the go.mod lists?
