Description:
Geary fails to start without libstemmer but libstemmer is not a listed Dependency. Geary package should include libstemmer in Depends

Additional info:

* Name : geary
* Version : 1:40.0-1

Steps to reproduce:
Install geary without libstemmer installed and attempt to start it from a terminal.

Building instructions from Geary repository also list libstemmer as a dependency.
