Detailsas of pipewire 0.3.26, pipewire exposes the JACK headers (previously they were just used in building pipewire so there wouldn't be a make dependency on JACK). JACK headers can now be installed with the meson 'jack-devel' build option and pipewire-jack should be able to 'provide' it.

Doing this would require making it conflict with jack.
