When I mount /usr read-only and try to remove some packages, pacman's database in /var gets updated but that's wrong because nothing was really removed... Steps to Reproduce: mount -o remount,ro /usr pacman -R vim mount -o remount,rw /usr pacman -S vim (with error because there are files which no longer belong to a known record in /var/lib/pacman) |
