DetailsI could not start mate-terminal after the icu package was upgraded from version 68.2-1 to 69.1-1. Running `ldd /bin/mate-terminal | grep icu` revealed that the binary depends on libicuuc.so.68 and libicudata.so.68 instead of libicuuc.so and libicudata.so. Copying the *.68 files from the prior icu package to /usr/lib/ restored operation.
