FS#70550 - [nvidia-dkms] version 465.24 is not for all GPUS, it has problems with fan and clocks control

Description:
Fan control and overclocking have errors in this driver.
when I visited Nvidia's website I found that 465.24 is not available for 3060ti and some other GPUs, However, the production branch 460.73 is.
Can you please revert back to the production branch driver 460.73?

The driver you are offered on nvidia's website depends on how you use it see [1]

No, I understand that but the 3060ti specifically along with other GPUs is not listed as a supported driver on the driver page even in the feature branch.

It is listed as supported in the 465.24.02 package's README [1]. Plus the driver is loaded for your GPU and the fans speed and clock control issue is not limited to unlisted cards [2].
