The Arch Linux package uses the systemd unit file that is provided
by the latest upstream release:
https://github.com/monero-project/monero/blob/v0.17.2.0/utils/systemd/monerod.service
If you want the changes to the unit file from the master branch,
you'll need to ask upstream at
https://github.com/monero-project/monero/issues
to backport commit
https://github.com/monero-project/monero/commit/d3e7c5a8ba1dc7acfbc106f758267840d02f3684
to a stable release.
